Registration Information
General Registration Rules
- Registration by at least one author is mandatory to present the paper and to include it in the conference proceedings.
- Each presenting author is entitled to register and present up to two papers at the conference.
- If a registered author wishes to present more than two papers, we require the author to register independently for each additional paper.
- Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable.

All registration payments are in USD (United States
Dollars). We provide two convenient payment methods
for registration:
Pay with Card

Pay via Credit Card
Use any major credit card with our secure online payment portal. No PayPal account required.
In-Person Registration
On-site registration is only available for attendees and authors other than the presenting author.
After Payment: Once you complete your payment, sign in to the Author Dashboard and upload your payment proof there so the organizing team can verify it and update your paper status.
Note: Please note that the in-person conference
registration does not include meal costs, as the
hotel offers an all-inclusive dining service. To
avail of the hotel's dining options, authors are
required to stay at the hotel.
