About the Conference

We are delighted to extend an invitation for the 4th International Conference on Intelligent Systems, Blockchain, and Communication Technologies (ISBCom 2027), following the successful completion of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd editions in Egypt in 2024 and 2025, and at Central Michigan University, USA in 2026. This edition will be held at Southern Utah University, USA. We invite researchers, academics, and practitioners to submit original, previously unpublished research papers describing novel solutions, applied case studies, or in-depth analyses relevant to intelligent systems, blockchain, and communication technologies.

All accepted and presented papers will be submitted to Springer Nature for publication in the book series Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems. Each submitted paper will undergo a rigorous peer-review process, with a minimum of two independent reviewers evaluating its originality, technical depth, accuracy, relevance, and contribution to the field.
